Download your own video
The first step is to open WhatsApp and open the ‘Status’ tab. The next step is to select the status you want then tap the three dots and choose the ‘Share’ option.
The share options might be different depending on the device you are using. Regardless choose ‘Save Video’ or the option similar to it on your device. After that the video should be saved in your default photo storage app.
Now how to download someone else’s video
The first step is to open ‘WhatsApp Web’ on your desktop and sync you mobile device to it. After that select ‘Status’ in the top left and choose the status that you want.
When it’s open right click on it (or hold Ctrl and click on Mac devices) and then choose the ‘Save video as’ (or the equivalent to it in Mac). Lastly, save the video to your desktop and enjoy your Status video!
